What this website collects
The site has no accounts and no forms, and it sets no cookies. It is hosted by Vercel Inc., whose servers record standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the service running, kept for a short period under Vercel's own privacy policy. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and the IP address is discarded after a short-lived, anonymous visit identifier is derived from it, so we never see who you are.
When you contact us
If you email or call us we hold your name, contact details and the content of the conversation for as long as needed to reply and, if we go on to work together, for the life of that engagement and the period afterwards that tax and company law require us to keep business records. We do not sell or share this information, and we do not use it for marketing you did not ask for.
Client work
Systems we build for clients are governed by the contract and data processing terms agreed with that client, not by this notice. Where a client is in the United Kingdom, we work to UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and we do not move personal data outside the agreed territory without written consent.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Email moeen@karramtech.com and we will reply within one month. If you are in the UK or EU you may also complain to your data protection authority.
